Juicy chicken breasts are slit and stuffed with a rich parmesan-based filling, then pan-seared and baked until golden, creamy inside, and crispy outside — without breadcrumbs or flour.

For the Chicken
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

For the Parmesan Stuffing
- ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (not powdered)
- ¼ cup cream cheese (full-fat, room temperature)
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 small garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley or coriander, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Pinch of black pepper

🔪 Step-by-Step Method
1️⃣ Prepare the Stuffing
In a bowl, mix:
- Cream cheese
- Heavy cream
- Parmesan cheese
- Garlic
- Herbs
- Chili flakes & black pepper
Mix until smooth and thick.

2️⃣ Prepare the Chicken
- Put chicken breasts.
