🍲 Keto Chicken Corn Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp.
  • Ginger/ garlic paste: 1 tbsp.
  • Boneless chicken: 500grams
  • Baby corn 1/2 cup
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Onion: 1 small
  • Chicken broth as required
  • Keto friendly corn flour: 1 tbsp.

Instructions:

  1. Take a skillet and then add chicken, 4 cups of water with the required amount of salt to it and then boil until tender.
  2. Shred the chicken into pieces and set the chicken stock and shredded chicken aside.
  3. Take a deep pan and then add the olive oil to it.
  4. Add the onions and minced ginger garlic paste and then saute for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the boiled and shredded chicken to it and saute for 5 minutes.
  6. Now add baby corn and then add the leftover chicken stock into it and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Take a bowl with 1/3 cup of water and 1 tbsp of corn flour in it.
  8. Mix well until no lumps left and then add it to the chicken soup.
  9. Sprinkle some black pepper and the soup is ready to serve.
